Costs & Availability

 

My rate is £40 for a 50 minute session. Concessions are negotiable for those on a low income. 

 

It's really important that you feel like I'm the right therapist for you. I offer a free online 30 minute introductory meeting where we can get a feel for each other and explore the possibility of working together. It takes time to build a therapeutic relationship, so I usually contract for to six or eight sessions initially, and then we will check in and see how you would like to take things forward. Most of my work is medium to long-term (6 months +).

 

Therapy is normally weekly at the same time each week. I practice both in-person and remotely. A lot of clients use a mixture. My in-person work takes place in central Swansea - Swansea Therapy Rooms, 19 Uplands Crescent, Uplands, Swansea SA2 0NX.

I currently have availability for face-to-face work on Monday afternoons.
